Urban Enviro Waste Management Limited — Important, 22-03-2026: Committee Meeting Updates

URBAN ENVIRO WASTE MANAGEMENT's Management Committee revised its preferential warrant issue. The company will now issue up to 32 lakh fully convertible warrants, aiming to raise up to Rs. 48 Crore. This is a reduction from the previously planned Rs. 50 Crore. Warrants will be priced at Rs. 150 each. Promoter Mr. Suresh Sharma will receive up to 27.55 lakh warrants (valued at Rs. 41.33 Crore), and non-promoter Mr. Vikas Sharma up to 4.45 lakh warrants (valued at Rs. 6.67 Crore). This capital raise requires shareholder approval through a postal ballot.
