Ram Ratna Wires posted robust financial performance, with 9M FY26 consolidated revenue up 25.9% to ₹3,423.8 Cr and PAT rising 34.6% to ₹69.4 Cr. The company, India's leading winding wire manufacturer, has seen 5-year CAGR growth of 20% in revenue and 37% in PAT, with FY25 ROCE at 26.9%.
Strategic growth is driven by significant capacity expansions. Copper tube capacity is expanding from 600 MTPM to 3,000 MTPM at Bhiwadi, plus Global Copper Pvt Ltd (now merged) is expanding to 12,000 MTPA. Busbar capacity is also increasing from 1,000 MTPM to 2,000 MTPM. The company aims for higher-margin products like copper foils by FY28-29.
Recent developments include receiving PLI scheme approval for White Goods (₹253 Cr investment) and starting copper tube production at its Bhiwadi plant in 2025. The acquisition of 64% in Tefabo Product Pvt Ltd strengthens its presence in renewable energy, with plans for new capacity in Vadodara and mini wind turbine manufacturing. Their JV, Epavo Electricals, manufactures 'Make in India' BLDC motors for ACs and ceiling fans, reducing import reliance.
