Prabha Energy Limited — Important, 23-03-2026: Committee Meeting Updates

Prabha Energy's Rights Issue Committee has approved an extension to the company's ongoing Rights Issue. The closing date for the Rights Issue has been revised from March 27 to April 03. Additionally, the last day for on-market trading in Rights Entitlements (REs) has been extended to March 30 from March 23. This extension provides investors with additional time to participate in the Rights Issue or trade their entitlements. All other terms and conditions of the Rights Issue remain unchanged.
