HUDCO's board has declared a 4th Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.25 per equity share (12.50% on Rs. 10 face value) for FY 2025-26. Saturday, March 28, 2026, has been set as the Record Date. Only shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible to receive this dividend. The dividend payment process will be completed within 30 days of declaration.
