Venmax Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Ltd — Important, 23-03-2026: Company Update

Venmax Drugs and Pharmaceuticals has issued 28 lakh new equity shares to two non-promoter warrant holders who exercised their conversion rights. Each share was allotted at Rs. 20, bringing in Rs. 4.20 Cr for the company. This share issuance has increased the company's paid-up capital to approximately Rs. 11.58 Cr, now comprising about 1.15 Cr shares. Importantly, 36.81 lakh convertible warrants are still outstanding, which could result in future share dilution upon their conversion.
