This was approved by the Board and shareholders, following the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's proposal. Mr. Menon holds 14,401,660 shares in the company. Additionally, Col. Basavaraj K Kullolli has been appointed as an Independent Director for three consecutive years, from March 9, 2026, to March 8, 2029. This appointment, also approved by the Board and shareholders, strengthens the company's governance and strategic oversight.
