This pledge, made in favor of HDFC Bank, is for working capital purposes. Before this event, 0.182 Cr shares (17.62%) were already encumbered. Following this new pledge, the total encumbered shares held by the promoter group now amount to 0.240 Cr shares, or 23.23% of B-Right Realestate Limited's total share capital, increasing the promoter holding under pledge.
