Orient Green Power invested 6.14 Cr into subsidiary Delta Renewable Energy by acquiring 61.44 lakh shares via a preferential issue, maintaining its 70% stake. Delta is developing solar power projects; a 7 MW project is commissioned, and a 17.6 MW project is underway.
