The Board then appointed Ms. Umaa Sharvani as an Additional Independent Director for five years, leveraging her 10 years of finance and auditing expertise. Additionally, Mr. N Chellappa was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 35 years of experience in finance and accounts. Consequently, the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees were re-constituted, reflecting these board changes and ensuring strong corporate governance.
