    Gconnect Logitech's board approved increasing authorized share capital from ₹4 Cr to ₹11 Cr. It also greenlit a preferential issue of 64.83 lakh shares at ₹18.31 each, raising ₹11.87 Cr. Both require shareholder approval at an EGM on April 22.
