Emami's key promoters, Diwakar Finvest and Suraj Finvest, recently unpledged a combined 14.56 lakh shares of the company.

Diwakar Finvest unpledged 7.28 lakh shares, reducing its encumbered holding from 2.80 Cr shares (6.42%) to 2.73 Cr shares (6.25%).

Suraj Finvest also unpledged 7.28 lakh shares, bringing its pledged holding down from 1.28 Cr shares (2.92%) to 1.20 Cr shares (2.76%).
