Veranda Learning Solutions' promoters, Kalpathi S. Aghoram, Kalpathi S. Ganesh, and Kalpathi S. Suresh, have pledged an additional 24 lakh shares (8 lakh shares each). This new pledge acts as security for financial facilities availed by the company from City Union Bank and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Veranda XL Learning Solutions Private Limited, from RBL Bank.
