Telecanor Global has updated its ongoing preferential issue of warrants. Due to unavailability of necessary documents required by BSE concerning pledged shares, proposed allottee Mr. Maruti Ram Praturi has been withdrawn from the list. Consequently, the warrants intended for him have been cancelled, leading to a change in the overall issue size. All other aspects, objectives, and terms of the preferential issue, as outlined in the Extraordinary General Meeting notice, remain unchanged for other participants. This is an operational adjustment to the company's capital raising plan.
