B.A.G. Films and Media has allotted 98 lakh equity shares to Skyline Tele Media Services Limited, a promoter group entity. These shares were issued at Rs. 8.25 each (including a premium) following the exercise of 98 lakh previously allotted warrants. The company received Rs. 6.06 Cr as the balance subscription amount for these shares. This action stems from an earlier allotment of 2 crore warrants to the promoter group, where an initial 25% of the total Rs. 16.50 Cr issue size was paid. Consequently, the promoter group's shareholding has increased from 46.86% to 49.37%.
