Nimbus Projects Limited's partner, Nimbus Propmart Private Limited (NPPL), in three key partnership firms—IITL-Nimbus, The Express Park View (95% capital contribution by the Company), The Palm Village (95%), and The Hyde Park (50%)—is selling its stake. NPPL will retire, and Mr. Bipin Agarwal, the Managing Director and promoter, will be inducted as the new partner. This transaction will not change the nature, amount, or control of Nimbus Projects Limited's capital contribution in these firms, nor will it affect the company's control, management, or financial position.
