Signatureglobal acquired its Residential Project from subsidiary GCL for Rs. 50 Cr. Concurrently, SGIL sold GCL shares worth ~Rs. 56.70 Cr to RMZ. GCL is no longer a wholly-owned subsidiary. RMZ's total investment in GCL is now ~Rs. 1293.47 Cr.
