Sundaram Clayton Limited — Board Meeting, 30-03-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sundaram-Clayton announced key board changes. Mr R Gopalan stepped down as Chairman but remains an Independent Director. Mr Venu Srinivasan is now the Chairman & MD. The company's board also reversed an earlier decision, confirming Mr P D Dev Kishan will continue as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
