Prime Fresh Limited's Finance Committee has approved the allotment of 1,18,849 equity shares to promoter Mr. Hiren Chandrakant Ghelani. These shares were issued at Rs. 164 each, totaling approximately Rs. 1.95 Cr, following the conversion of previously issued convertible warrants. This transaction formalizes the equity and brings in the remaining capital from the warrants. Post-allotment, the company's subscribed and paid-up share capital stands at Rs. 13.88 Cr, divided into 1.39 Cr equity shares, reflecting an increase in promoter equity and strengthening the capital base.
