Sterlite Technologies allotted 4.53 Cr Warrants to promoter Twin Star Overseas Ltd at Rs 110 each (₹27.5 upfront payment). This brings an initial fund infusion of ₹ 1,24,57,50,000. Upon conversion, the promoter stake will increase to 47.75% on a fully diluted basis.
