LE Lavoir Ltd — Important, 30-03-2026: Company Update

Le Lavoir Limited's Board has approved the allotment of 2,28,000 fully paid-up Equity Shares. These shares were issued at Rs. 264.75 each upon conversion of convertible warrants by non-promoters, Mr. Ashok Dilipkumar Jain, Mrs. Kajal Ashok Jain, and Ms. Viha Ashok Jain. The company received Rs. 4.53 Cr from this conversion. This allotment increases the paid-up equity share capital from Rs. 3.24 Cr (32,40,000 shares) to Rs. 3.47 Cr (34,68,000 shares). The company will apply for listing these newly issued shares.
