Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited — Board Meeting, 30-03-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

HCG's board approved ₹98 Cr investment in its wholly-owned Nagpur cancer care centre (HCG NCHRI LLP) to repay debt. Also, ₹155.66 Cr will be invested to acquire an additional 34% stake in Vizag Hospital, raising HCG's ownership to 85%. This strengthens HCG's oncology network.
