Promoter Bhavani Jayaprakash of Vishnusurya Projects and Infra has pledged an additional 8,78,875 shares (3.39% of total equity) with ICICI Bank. These pledges were primarily to secure borrowings for the listed company and its subsidiary.

Post this transaction, the promoter's total pledged holding now stands at 32,97,000 shares, which is 12.72% of the company's total share capital and 22.05% of the promoter's total stake.

Notably, one new pledge of 2,11,875 shares for a subsidiary's borrowing shows a significantly low security cover ratio of 0.097 (shares valued at approximately Rs 2.75 Cr against a loan of approximately Rs 28.15 Cr). This implies the pledged shares' value is only about 10% of the loan amount, which is a key factor for investors to consider regarding the underlying credit risk.
