DAVANGERE's board approved raising up to USD 100 Million. They also plan to increase authorized share capital from ₹150 Cr to ₹200 Cr (shareholder nod needed) and expand distillery capacity by 85 KLPD (₹127.50 Cr investment, funded by FCCB) to capitalize on ethanol demand.
