    IREDA has secured a JPY 28 billion External Commercial Borrowing facility from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC). This includes a JPY 12 billion green shoe option. The 5-year unsecured loan provides long-term funding, strengthening IREDA's capacity for future renewable energy projects.
