Suditi Industries' board has approved a preferential allotment, issuing 8,22,733 equity shares to non-promoters at Rs. 59.12 each, raising approximately Rs. 4.86 Cr. Additionally, 25,04,667 convertible warrants were allotted at the same price, for which the company received an upfront payment of about Rs. 3.70 Cr. These warrants offer future capital infusion as they can be converted into equity shares within 18 months upon paying the remaining amount. This move aims to strengthen the company's financial position.
