Bodhi Tree Multimedia completed its acquisition of a 50.01% equity stake in Moving Image Studios Private Limited for ~Rs. 7.00 Cr. MISPL is now a subsidiary, bolstering BTML's presence in the Media & Entertainment sector. An additional ~Rs. 6.00 Cr investment is planned.
