Mr. Jaspal Singh Sidhu, boasting over 15 years of experience in manpower and business operations, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (KMP). Additionally, Mr. Ajeet Singh Rathore was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, and Mr. Hemendra Sharma was re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for new terms, both pending shareholder approval.
