    Nazara Technologies' Board approved raising ₹500 Cr via warrants to identified investors at ₹260/warrant. They also sanctioned a ₹4 Cr unsecured loan to wholly-owned subsidiary Smaaash Entertainment. An EGM on April 30, 2026, will seek shareholder approval for the warrant issue.
