Hilltone Software and Gases Ltd — Important, 30-03-2026: Company Update

Hilltone's Board has given in-principle approval to invest in RZOLUT TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD., a Singapore and India-based data solutions company with a FY24-25 turnover of approximately 5 Cr. This potential acquisition of around 5% stake, pending valuation and due diligence, aims to enhance Hilltone's valuation and boost its IT vertical. Separately, Hilltone's IT division renewed an application license for 0.4389 Cr with a large Indian bank subsidiary and secured a US $25000 contract (approx. 0.23 Cr) for software migration with a US health insurance company, receiving a 30% advance.
