Bizotic Commercial Ltd — Important, 30-03-2026: Company Update

Bizotic Commercial's Board has approved the allotment of 13,38,000 new equity shares to promoter and promoter group entities. These shares were issued upon conversion of an equal number of convertible warrants at Rs. 290 per share. The company received the balance 75% payment, totaling 29.10 Cr, for this conversion. This increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from 8.04 Cr (80,40,000 shares) to 9.38 Cr (93,78,000 shares). These new shares will be listed for trading, expanding the company's equity base.
