Amber's subsidiary Sidwal divested its entire 49% stake in JV Shivaliks Mercantile for ~Rs 1.10 Lakh. Shivaliks, which reported a PAT loss of (25.62) Cr, will no longer be a JV. Sidwal had already written off its investment.
