The company has announced changes to its Board of Directors. Mrs. Minu Datta, an Independent Director, has resigned due to other commitments. To enhance its governance and strategic oversight, the company has appointed three new directors. Mr. Mukesh Shaw, a qualified Company Secretary with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance, joins as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Abhishek Mussadi, bringing valuable experience in business operations and management, was also appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. Mrs. Kusum Kochar, with rich experience in business management and strategic decision-making, joins as an Additional Non-Executive Director.
