Silly Monks Board announced a major shake-up! New promoter Satyapoorna Yalamanchili takes control. A new Board, led by Chairman & MD Badugu Anish Kumar, is now in place. They also allotted 13.75 lakh shares worth ₹1.91 Cr to the promoter and will divest subsidiary Dreamboat Entertainment LLC (92% of income).
