MIC Electronics will issue 56,873,418 equity shares at ₹41.38 each (total ₹235.34 Cr) to Neo Semi SG selling shareholders. This funds the 89.65% acquisition of Neo, a deep-tech company in semiconductor IP & AI/IoT energy, for ₹357.60 Cr. Shareholder approval via EGM on April 29.
