    HGINFRA transferred 49% stake in H.G. Khammam Devarapalle PKG-1 Private Limited, an SPV, to Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund for ₹233.77 Cr. Rs. 81.69 Cr was received for this tranche. The entity ceases to be a wholly-owned subsidiary but remains a subsidiary.
