    SignatureGlobal completed its transaction, selling 35.7 lakh shares in GCL for ₹56.70 Cr. GCL is now a 50:50 joint venture with RMZ, ceasing to be a subsidiary. RMZ also invested ₹1,236.77 Cr into GCL, strengthening its balance sheet.
