DOMS Industries has completed acquiring an additional 6.5% stake in its subsidiary, Pioneer Stationery Private Limited, for ₹5.538 Cr. This transaction boosts DOMS' total ownership in Pioneer to 64.0% from 57.5%. This strategic move deepens DOMS' control and strengthens its presence in the stationery market.
