Accel Limited's Board of Directors has approved the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary, INFINIUUM TECHPARKS PRIVATE LIMITED. This new entity will focus on developing technology parks, cyber parks, and real estate activities, including IT/ITES campuses, data centers, and co-working spaces. Accel Limited will fully subscribe to its initial paid-up share capital with a cash investment of ₹1 Crore, acquiring 100% ownership. This strategic move aims to expand the company's business into infrastructure development and real estate, diversifying its operational footprint.
