Novelix Pharmaceuticals has allotted 11.5 lakh new equity shares, each priced at Rs. 20 (Rs. 10 face value plus Rs. 10 premium), after warrant holders, including those from the promoter group, exercised their conversion options. The company received Rs. 1.725 crore through this conversion. Consequently, the paid-up equity capital of Novelix Pharmaceuticals has increased from Rs. 19.935 crore to Rs. 21.085 crore, reflecting the addition of these new shares to the capital base.
