The company's Board has approved the appointment of M/s Vikas Kshitij & Associates as Internal Auditors for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. Additionally, several key policies and procedures were updated, including those related to Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, insider trading, codes of conduct for Board Members and Senior Management, Whistle Blower Policy, Cyber Security and Data Privacy, Independent Director Familiarisation, Nomination and Remuneration, and Document Preservation.
