Hi-Tech Pipes has approved acquiring 100% stake in Sain Software Systems Private Limited for Rs. 25.77 Cr. The primary strategic move is to secure land and a building owned by Sain Software, which Hi-Tech Pipes will use for its own office premises. This aims to enhance operational efficiency and support future administrative growth. Sain Software, currently an IT services firm with nil turnover and a net worth of Rs. 2.35 Cr, will become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary, rebranded and integrated into Hi-Tech Pipes' steel pipe business for synergy.
