    Windsor Machines' wholly-owned subsidiary, Global CNC, has merged, effective April 1, 2025, streamlining operations. Global CNC's FY25 revenue was Rs. 183.07 Cr (PBT Rs. 20.94 Cr), now consolidating with Windsor's Rs. 327.60 Cr revenue (PBT Rs. 4.24 Cr).
