Mukka Proteins has completed the acquisition of Haris Marine Products Private Limited (HMPPL) for Rs 0.1964 Cr, securing a 100% stake in the company. HMPPL, a manufacturer and exporter of fish meal and fish oil, now operates as Mukka's wholly-owned subsidiary. This strategic move is designed to significantly expand Mukka Proteins' core business operations within the fish processing sector, strengthening its market position. The acquisition aligns with the company's investment plans, enhancing its product capabilities. HMPPL reported a PAT of Rs 2.24 Cr in FY25.
