Aten Papers & Foam has entered an agreement to acquire a 27.40% stake in Aten Paper Mill Limited for approximately Rs. 11.78 Crore in cash. Aten Paper Mill, a leading kraft paper manufacturer, reported a turnover of Rs. 177.65 Crore and a net profit of Rs. 10.67 Crore in FY24-25. This strategic acquisition aims to expand service offerings, access new markets, and achieve cost synergies, thereby enhancing the company's competitive advantage. This transaction, involving a related party, was undertaken at arm's length.
