Hatsun Agro Product Limited — JV/Acquisition, 31-03-2026: Amalgamation/Merger

Hatsun Agro Product Ltd. has completed its merger with Milk Mantra Dairy Private Limited. The National Company Law Tribunal sanctioned the scheme, making it legally effective from April 1, 2025. This strategic move is expected to streamline operations and enhance Hatsun's market position. Consequently, Hatsun's authorized share capital has increased to Rs. 49.50 Cr, now comprising 42.50 Cr equity shares of Re. 1 each and 7 lakh preference shares of Rs. 100 each. This finalizes a key integration, potentially boosting efficiency.
