    Cyient's board approved key leadership changes: Krishna Bodanapu re-appointed as Executive Vice Chairman & MD for 3 years (shareholder nod needed). Sunil Bhumralkar named Lead Independent Director and chairs the reconstituted Audit & Risk Management Committee. New independent directors also joined US & UK subsidiary boards.
