Hemant Surgical Industries has signed a strategic manufacturing agreement with Sonomed Escalon, a US-based global leader in ophthalmic diagnostic imaging. This agreement enables Hemant Surgical to undertake Semi Knocked Down (SKD) manufacturing and localize 100% production of ophthalmic ultrasound diagnostic devices in India. Sonomed Escalon will supply components at a preferential transfer price. This initiative is set to boost the company's domestic manufacturing capabilities and enhance its market position in ophthalmic diagnostics.
