Globalbees acquired an additional 30% for INR 37,250, boosting its ownership from 62% to 92%. Candes reported FY25 turnover of INR 38.23 Crore but recorded a PAT of INR -18.65 Crore and negative net worth. This move strategically strengthens Globalbees' consumer electronics portfolio, despite Candes' current financial performance.
