IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited — Important, 01-04-2026: Updates

IRB Infrastructure Trust's SPV began toll collection on the Chandikhole Bhadrak Section (TOT-18) of NH-16. An upfront Concession Fee of Rs. 3,087 Cr was paid, securing 20-year tolling rights. This adds Rs. 1,600 Cr to the O&M Order Book and expands the Group's footprint to 13 states.
