CSL Finance Limited — Credit Ratings, 01-04-2026: Credit Rating

Acuite Ratings & Research has reaffirmed the 'ACUITE A-' rating with a 'Stable' outlook for CSL Finance's existing Rs. 800 Cr bank facilities. Acuite also assigned the 'ACUITE A-' Stable rating to Rs. 200 Cr new bank facilities and Rs. 150 Cr Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). This reflects adequate capitalization, healthy profitability, and sustained growth in Assets Under Management.
